These terms cover the bokutv app and this website, published by Fireblue (Shihab Al Jaddawi), Oman. By using bokutv you agree to them. In these terms, "we" means Fireblue.

bokutv is a player only

bokutv is a media player only. It does not include or sell any channels, playlists, television service, films, sports or other content, and it is not affiliated with any content provider. To use it, you add your own playlist or a service from a provider.

What you watch is your responsibility

You need your own playlist or a service from a provider you are entitled to use. Only watch content you have the right to watch. You are responsible for following the law where you live and your provider's terms.

Boku+

Boku+ is an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play. Prices are shown in Google Play in your local currency.

It renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play: Play Store, your profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, bokutv. If you cancel, Boku+ stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel it.

Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms and refund policy.

No warranty for streams or providers

bokutv is provided as it is. We don't control your provider, its streams, playlists or TV guide, so we can't promise they will be available, accurate or uninterrupted, or that every stream will play on your TV.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party streams, providers or services.

Reporting misuse

If you believe bokutv or this website is being used to infringe your rights, email support@bokutv.com with the details. bokutv hosts no content, so we can't remove streams from a provider, but we will look into every report.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. If you use bokutv as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away any protection the law where you live gives you that can't be excluded by agreement.
